CrossFit Expedition Hold Policy

Need a temporary break? We’ve got you covered.

  • Membership holds are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month.
  • Hold requests must be submitted via email to info@crossfitexpedition.com at least 5 days before your next billing date.
  • Holds cannot be backdated.
  • Memberships will automatically reactivate on the selected return date unless otherwise requested in writing.

Holds are intended for temporary situations such as injury, travel, military leave, pregnancy, or work/family obligations. Members needing a longer-term break should follow CrossFit Expeditions cancellation policy.
