What is an Intro session at Crossfit Expedition?

“Hey everyone! I’m Nichole from Crossfit Expedition. I would like to invite you to book your no sweat intro. Here’s what you can expect. We have plenty of parking right outside the front door. Next you will come inside to the front desk where you will be greeted. You will not be sweating and you will not be jumping straight into class. We will sit down and talk about your goals. From there, we discuss how we can help you achieve those goals with a prescription that will fit you. Here at Crossfit Expedition it is our mission to help you improve your health and well-being and achieve your goals through fitness, nutrition, and the support of like minded people.
