The Mind-Body Method is a trauma-informed, 12-week program that blends group therapy with functional CrossFit workouts to help participants develop emotional resilience, confidence, and holistic well-being in an inclusive, community-driven environment. Each week focuses on a mental health theme paired with a workout designed to reinforce those concepts physically, creating a powerful mind-body connection for lasting change.
