Small Group Training

The perfect balance between personal training and group fitness—bring your friends or coworkers, train on your schedule, and get coached every step of the way.

Small Group Training at CrossFit Expedition is a coached training session designed for your own group (typically 5 people). Instead of jumping into a large class, you train with people you know while receiving more individualized coaching than traditional group fitness.

In other words, it’s the sweet spot between personal training and group classes.

Flexible Scheduling

Finding a time that works can be the hardest part of staying consistent. That’s why Small Group Training is built around flexible scheduling.

Whether your group prefers: before work, lunch hour, or evenings…we’ll help you choose a time that fits real life.

Why Small Group Training?

Small Group Training lets your group choose a schedule that fits everyone. When training works around work, family, and real life, it’s much easier to stay consistent.

Accountability Is Built In With Your People

When you train with friends or coworkers, accountability happens naturally. Your group is expecting you to show up, which makes it harder to skip and easier to stay committed—even on busy weeks.

Small, Safe, and Inclusive Groups

With a group of about 5 people, the program creates a supportive community where everyone feels heard, respected, and encouraged to grow.

Train Safely With Smart Scaling and Modifications

Every body is different. Small Group Training allows workouts to be adjusted for injuries, limitations, or experience level. By using smart scaling and modifications, you can train hard while still prioritizing safety and long-term progress.
