- Try Us for a Free Week: Come experience what we do! Take any of our group classes for a full week, absolutely free. Sign up for your free week here!
- Schedule a Gym Tour & Meet Us: Contact us to set up a day and time to come see the gym and meet our team. We’ll show you around and answer any questions.If you've never done CrossFit before, we recommend our Onboarding Process. This includes 3 personal training sessions ($50) where we’ll teach you the basic movements and assess your current fitness level before jumping into classes. It’s a great way to build confidence and get comfortable with CrossFit!
Absolutely! That’s exactly why we’re here. CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your current fitness level. Our coaches will work with you at your pace, scaling movements and workouts to meet you where you are. We’re here to help you get in shape and make progress every day. We’d love to help you get started!
To reserve your spot for a class, simply book your class here. Just choose the class you’d like to attend, and we’ll see you there!
We offer flexible pricing options to fit your needs:
- Unlimited Group Classes:
- $155 for a 1-year commitment
- $165 for a 6-month commitment
- $175 for month-to-month membership
- Personal Training:
- $45 for a 30-minute session
- $75 for a 1-hour session

Our 24/7 access is available to members who need flexibility in their workout schedule. Here’s how it works:
- Download the Hybrid AF App and click "Forgot Password" to create an account.
- Once you're set up, Nichole will grant you access to unlock the front door, allowing you to work out at any time!
- After your access is activated, you'll be able to come in and train at your convenience!
You can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) dollars to pay for your CrossFit membership! Start by checking if you qualify with this link:

Once you’ve confirmed eligibility, you can pay your membership as usual, then get reimbursed for your membership cost through your HSA.
You can easily schedule a PT appointment with Coach Emily by texting her directly at 614-579-5245. She’ll help you get on the books and provide you with personalized care and advice.
Yes, we have a Kids Corner where your little ones can hang out while you focus on your workout. It’s a safe and fun space for them while you get your fitness in!
