Meet Our Founder, Nichole Stiles
Nichole Stiles founded CROSSFIT EXPEDITION with a vision to help people transform their lives through fitness. After earning a B.S. in Health Education from the University of Cincinnati, Nichole transitioned from the health insurance and medical fields into the fitness world, focusing on prevention rather than treatment. With a long-standing passion for CrossFit, she combines her love for fitness with her dedication to empowering others to live healthier lives. Nichole is continuously growing as a coach, motivator, business owner, and athlete, inspiring those around her to achieve greatness.

Emily Leverett, PT, DPT
Emily Leverett combines her knowledge as a physical therapist with her passion for health and wellness when coaching the members of CROSSFIT EXPEDITION.
Ross Marks
Ross began his CrossFit journey more than ten years ago in Columbus.
Matthew Dunatchik
Matt is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who graduated with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Dayton.
Matthew Paradis
Matt was born in Vancouver, Canada, and moved to Ohio in 2010. He graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2020 with a Bachelor's in GIS.
Jennifer Daniel
Jennifer Daniel graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and currently works as a Project Management Supervisor at Sky Climber LLC.
David Hoover
A Columbus native, David’s background is in education. His experience includes Elementary, Secondary, and Adapted PE for students with disabilities and their typical peers.
Steve McNabb
Jacob Mayer
Jake moved to Columbus in 2005 to attend The Ohio State University and liked it so much he never left. He first discovered CrossFit in the early 2010s by trying workouts he found online.
Brianna Eby
Brianna started CrossFit over 10 years ago while training for her wedding and never looked back.

Christine is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience specializing in exercise performance, fueling strategies, and sustainable nutrition habits.
