That’s why we created the Committed Club — a simple, effective system to help our members build momentum, accountability, and confidence by showing up at least 12 times a month.

Whether you’re a past member or someone thinking about starting (again), this is your reminder: you don’t need to earn your way back in — you just need to walk in.

The Committed Club is our way of celebrating consistency. Every month, any member who completes 12 or more CrossFit classes earns a spot. We shout you out, give you a sticker, and keep the momentum strong — because consistency, not perfection, creates real results.

We get it — walking through the doors might feel like a big step right now. So here’s something to help you move your body and build confidence at home:

EXPEDITION AT-HOME RESET WORKOUT

Complete 3 rounds (or just 1 to start!):

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 10 Push-ups (scale with knees or incline)
  • 30-Second Plank
  • 100m jog or 30 seconds high knees in place
    Optional Finisher: 1-minute wall sit or 100 jumping jacks

No equipment needed. Just space and intention.

Pro tip: Set a timer for 15–20 minutes and move at your own pace. No perfection — just effort.
